Haiku (the way we do it in English class, anyway) is fun and easy: three lines, with five syllables in the first and third lines, seven in the second. I thought the Japanese form with English language would be an interesting way to write about Takamines.

Here are a few I wrote. Maybe you have some.

My six old guitars
are knockoffs of great classics
by Takamine

My Takamine
has callused my fingertips;
isn't that awesome?

The F360
hangs on the wall in sorrow,
unable to sing.

Rosewood fingerboards
with pearl dots and shiny strings
sing Takamine
