First acouistic guitar takamine gs430 s ,62 years old and just trying to learn how to play. Is this a good beginer to learn to play on? It really sounds good to my ears and fits me good. So I guess that is all that matters but would like your opinion on the guitar please. Thank You.

BINGO!

If you like how it sounds, and it fits your style and it inspires you to practice, get better and have fun, that is ALL THAT MATTERS!

Welcome to the board!

Excellent, and congrats. Have fun on your new adventure, and remember there's a reason they call it "playing."

Very nice "beginner" guitar ... it'll serve you well even as you get better and better. Please keep us updated on how you're doing. Welcome to the forum.

i am a beginner as well in later years (48)....how are you doing without having the reference marks for the frets on the neck? I find myself looking at the ones on top edge of neck rather than inlays on board itself....but if I remember right the GS430 and 330 both come without. Thanks for any info
