Serial 60320057. Made in Taiwan.
I was told it was bought in 1980, though it has "Takamine G series" at the top while some others don't (from what I've seen online, anyway).

It was kind of a reckless buy on my part, but can anyone help me determine if it is what it's supposed to be, and its real age?

Any help would be appreciated!

I went to the Takamine web site and e-mail askus@takamine.com and they got right back to me with my year of manufacture. I have an EG334BC. I got my answer within hours.
